The cell culture flask, as the name suggests, is used for Cell Culture. According to the material, it can be differentiated between glass and plastic, the bottom shape is square, rectangular, triangular and so on, according to the volume of the bottle, there are 5 to 500 ml to choose from. In addition, after the surface is specially modified, the cells can be cultivated with better adhesion, so they can be divided into 25-175cm² according to the area of cell adhesion.

Domestic cell culture bottles usually have closed lids without inner padding, often used for airtight culture to ensure airtightness; imported culture bottles have many kinds of lids: airtight lids, polyester lids, breathable lids and septa, lids and so on. The performance of the airtight lid is the same as that of the domestic lid. The polyester lid is widely used for open culture. The gas in the bottle can be exchanged with the gas in the environment by simply loosening the lid.

The breathable cap is a 0.2μm hydrophobic membrane added to the cap to ensure sterile gas exchange and reduce the risk of contamination. Commonly used for open culture and recommended for culture in CO2 incubator, especially for experiments requiring long-term culture. The septum cap has a pre-cut opening on the septum so that the nozzle (or a Pipette under 5 ml) can be inserted through the septum to add liquid, aspirate or harvest cells, reducing the risk of contamination and keeping the Scell tissue culture bottle closed in a sterile environment.
