Influenza virus is the pathogen of influenza. According to the characteristics of nucleoprotein antigens and genes, influenza viruses are divided into three types: A, B, and C. Influenza is a highly contagious, fast-spreading disease. This rapid flu test kit is an in vitro diagnostic reagent for the qualitative detection of influenza virus nucleoprotein antigens in human nasopharyngeal secretions. This flu testing kit can be used for auxiliary diagnosis of influenza A and B virus infection. The test objects of this home flu test kit are not restricted by region, age, etc.
This product adopts colloidal gold immunochromatography. Monoclonal antibodies of influenza A and B viruses and anti-mouse IgG are respectively solid-phased on nitrocellulose membranes, respectively combined with colloidal gold-labeled pairing of anti-influenza A and B viruses. Monoclonal antibody, using the principle of double-antibody sandwich method of membrane chromatography, detects influenza A and B virus antigens in specimens.
There is no cross-reactivity between influenza A/B viruses. With respiratory syncytial virus, parainfluenza virus type 1, 3, adenovirus type 3, 7, measles virus, mumps virus, enterovirus type 71, coronavirus, Epstein-Barr virus; pertussis, diphtheria, Haemophilus influenzae , Mycobacterium tuberculosis, Staphylococcus aureus, Candida albicans no cross-reaction.
