About 96-well plates for PCR experiments, you will understand in three minutes

The 96-well plate used for PCR experiments needs to pay attention to the problem of biological uniformity when doing the inoculation test. When using this product for inoculation test, there are two kinds of uniformity of spreading, one is the uniformity between the holes, the other is the uniformity within the holes. In order to achieve uniformity between the holes, it is recommended to use a multi-channel Pipette (someone called a row gun) to match the corresponding injection tank. Adding each hole one by one is very difficult to achieve uniformity. There is no secret to the uniformity in the well. The experience is that after adding the cell suspension, do not shake or knock the plate, but directly put it into the incubator to let it adhere to the wall.
